These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at drjohnmhogg.com (the "Site"), including any purchases made through the Site's online store. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by Studio Pi, a business operating in British Columbia, Canada. All digital products available on this Site were created by Dr. John M. Hogg and are published and distributed by Studio Pi under an exclusive commercial licence.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to written text, workbook content, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, photographs, logos, and the design and layout of the Site itself — is the intellectual property of Studio Pi and/or Dr. John M. Hogg, and is protected under the Copyright Act (Canada) and applicable international copyright treaties.
The "Mental Skills for Success" frameworks, the eight-mental-skills system, and all associated materials are original works authored by Dr. John M. Hogg.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express prior written permission.
3. Digital Products & Delivery
3.1 Individual Purchases
When you purchase a digital product intended for individual use, delivery is typically instant upon payment confirmation via an automated download link sent to your registered email address.
3.2 Squad, Team, and Club Purchases
Squad, Team, and Club license purchases include a personalized version of the product, with your organization's name and licence year embedded within the document. These orders are fulfilled manually within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive your files by email once they have been prepared.

3.3 File Formats
Products are delivered in PDF as specified on each product listing. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the software required to open these file types before purchasing.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Squarespace's payment platform. Studio Pi does not store your payment card details.
5. No-Refund Policy
All sales of digital products are final.
Because our products are digital files that are delivered electronically, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a download link has been provided or a personalized file has been prepared and sent.
We take care to provide clear, detailed product descriptions — including format, content scope, age range, and licence type — so that you can make an informed purchase decision before buying. Please read all product descriptions carefully.
If you experience a technical issue with a file you received (e.g., corrupted download, incorrect file sent), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it at no additional cost.
6. Acceptable Use
By using this Site, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems

Studio Pi and Dr. John M. Hogg make no guarantee of specific performance outcomes resulting from the use of these materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Pi, Dr. John M. Hogg, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress.
In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
