How do I get a license?
Open a product page and choose a tier: Individual, Squad/Group, or Team/Club. A short confirmation panel summarizes the scope and price.
Individual and Squad/Group: direct purchase. Your download link is delivered by email after payment is confirmed (link valid 24 hours). Squad files require your coach and team name and may take 1–3 business days to arrive.
Team/Club (30+ athletes): custom quote provided upon inquiry. Submit a quote request via email or our contact form, and we will be in touch with next steps.
How does payment work?
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Studio Pi does not store your payment card details.
Individual and Squad orders complete online. After payment, your download link is delivered by email and is valid for 24 hours. Squad files are personalized with your coach and team name and may take 1 to 3 business days to arrive. Coaching Suite products are personalized with your coach name and may take 1 to 3 business days to arrive. For Team/Club quotes, payment follows after a custom quote has been issued and accepted.
What format are the workbooks delivered in?
Each workbook is delivered as a professionally typeset, print-ready PDF. You receive the files by email after payment is confirmed and may print them for use under the terms of your license.
How does the individual license work?
An individual license is scoped to a single athlete. A coach working directly with that athlete may print the workbook for them and display pages during their workshops. The license does not extend to the coach's full squad or team.
Can I print and photocopy the workbooks for my squad?
Only under a Squad/Group or Team/Club license. Squad licenses (up to 30 athletes) cover a single squad for one competitive season. Team/Club licenses are available for more than 30 athletes. Quotes are custom upon inquiry, please email or use the contact form.
What age range is each workbook for?
The 11–14 workbook is written for age-group competitive swimmers and introduces the foundational mental skills at age-appropriate depth. The 15+ workbook delivers the full eight-skill program for athletes pursuing high-school, varsity, national, and international competition.
Do coaches use these during training sessions?
They can be. The Coaching Suite is built for exactly that: 54 presentation sessions give coaches structured content to deliver mental skills training directly to their athletes, and Part 3 provides printable materials to use alongside those sessions. The athlete workbooks are the athletes' own resource, designed to be worked through progressively across a competitive season.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final once your download link has been issued or your personalized file delivered. If you have questions about fit before you order, please reach out and we will help you choose.
Can I get bulk pricing for my team or club?
Team/Club licensing is available for organizations with more than 30 athletes and is custom quoted upon inquiry. To receive your quote, please include your total number of athletes, whether you are licensing the 11–14 workbook, the 15+ workbook, or both, and if adding the Coaching Suite, the number of coaches who will be using it.
