1. About Studio Pi

The Site is owned and operated by Studio Pi, a business operating in British Columbia, Canada. All digital products available on this Site were created by Dr. John M. Hogg and are published and distributed by Studio Pi under an exclusive commercial license. For inquiries: suzanne@drjohnmhogg.com

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including written text, workbook content, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, photographs, logos, and the design and layout of the Site itself, is the intellectual property of Studio Pi and / or Dr. John M. Hogg, protected under the Copyright Act (Canada) and applicable international copyright treaties.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express prior written permission.

3. Digital Products & Delivery

3.1 Individual Purchases

Delivery is by email after payment is confirmed. You will receive a download link valid for 24 hours.

3.2 Squad / Group Purchases

Squad licenses are personalized with your organization's name and license year. After payment is confirmed, the personalized file is delivered as an email download link within 1–3 business days.

3.3 Team / Club Purchases

Team and Club licenses are quoted per program. After your quote is accepted and payment confirmed, you will receive an email with your download link. If you do not receive your file within the stated timeframe, contact us at suzanne@drjohnmhogg.com.

3.4 File Formats

Products are delivered in PDF (and PPTX where specified) as listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the software required to open these file types before ordering.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Studio Pi does not store your payment card details.

5. No-Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. Because our products are digital files delivered electronically, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once your download link has been issued or your personalized file delivered.

If you experience a technical issue with a file you received (for example, corrupted download, incorrect file sent), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it at no additional cost.

6. Acceptable Use

By using this Site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Harvest or collect personal information about other users
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect content from the Site
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when purchasing a license
• Purchase a Squad or Team license for a group size that exceeds the stated limits

7. Educational Disclaimer

The materials sold on this Site are educational resources developed for use in competitive sport and performance coaching. They are grounded in psychological research and decades of coaching practice. They are not a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical care. Studio Pi and Dr. John M. Hogg make no guarantee of specific performance outcomes resulting from the use of these materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Pi, Dr. John M. Hogg, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. Studio Pi is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites and does not endorse them.
